Manor Maintenance was formed in 2002 with an aim of providing a professional, reliable and friendly service with regards to electrical contracting, an ideal which has been very successful.

We are skilled in all aspects of electrical work from simply lighting and power alterations to full electrical designs. As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, all works are installed and tested to meet BS7671.

We are able to supply, install and commission both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems. Our staff have extensive experience on all manner of systems including Ziton ZP3, Gent Vigilon and compact, Morley and Notifier.

Since 2002, we have grown steadily, adding many clients to our customer base including:

• Gedling Borough Council

• The University of Nottingham

• Nottingham City Council

• Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

• East Midland Ambulance Service

All of whom employ us frequently.
